About Me
I originally went to school to become a pharmacist, but I quickly fell in love with my summer job on the golf course and decided to pursue turf management full time. The first Superintendent I worked for at Timber Banks Golf Club recognized my passion and began mentoring me. After following him to Highland Park Golf Club for a season, I decided to broaden my experience by learning southern grasses and moved to South Carolina for a couple of years.
Eventually, I returned north to Brookfield Country Club in Buffalo, NY, where I gained valuable experience managing bent/poa at an elite level. My connection to the industry runs deep—my grandfather was a Superintendent in the Rochester, NY area, and my father grew up working on his course. Golf course management is in my blood, and I strive every day to become the best Superintendent I can be.
